A lovely proper village pub and a great restaurant to boot. A real fire, dog friendly and great real ale. I just happened to be passing, I was only going to have a beer but ended up having a great Sunday lunch. We'll worth the drive out from Oakham.
Great county pub with good food, drinks and friendly staff. Also the walks around it are nice.
Food wasn't that great and very disappointed especially as it looked OK inside the pub. Complained to the staff and was surprised that the management weren't interested. One place to miss.
