Lovely staff, good breakfast, new hotel with great beds and brill showers

Typical premiere Inn, clean tidy comfy great shower, although this is 1 of only 6 premiere inns in the country to not have an actual bar in it, instead you have to ask the check in staff to get you a glass of wine, which means they unlock a cupboard door to get yours glass out, lock the cupboard again and pour your drink and leave you to either stand or sit at a table where you will eat breakfast in the morning.. Weird concept ! Ideal for twin lakes extreme scream as its just under 2 miles away..
Excellent Premier Inn, nicely situated just on the edge of the main town of Melton Mowbray. The only (very slight) problem is the car park to the rear of the hotel, you need to drive through an industrial estate to get to it although there is a large drop off point at the front of the hotel, use the postcode on their website to get to the car park, you can walk to the hotel easy enough from the car park. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had the breakfast both days we stayed, very nice indeed, we also are there one evening and the meal was good value and delicious. Unlikely we'll go back to Melton but if we did we would definitely stay here again.
Rooms were nice and comfy and clean, accessible rooms for my elderly grandparents were very good also. Staff were friendly and helpful. Car park is a bit of a pig to locate which I can say is the only bad thing.
