We have stayed twice and already booked our third visit. Beautiful house and surroundings .Sue is great very friendly and helpful . We always have such an amazing time.
Great house and gardens, the hot tub was fab and the semi-rural location made for peace and quiet but with near-by amenities. We'll be back.

Thank you to Sue for making us feel so welcome and being such a gracious host!! Five of us from Wisconsin just spent a wonderful four days at the Farmhouse visiting friends in Melton Mowbray. The Farmhouse far exceeded expectations and was a great location for a visit to central England and an easy drive to the beautiful Peak District. The photos do not do the place justice -- the kitchen is beautiful with all modern amenities and we enjoyed a dinner party for eight with plenty of room. Melton Mowbray is a great place to visit -- especially on Market Day, and we especially enjoyed the Ann of Cleves Pub - so much history there!! Wish we could have spent more than just four days there but we definitely plan to return for a longer visit!
This is where the wife and I stay to get away from it all.Can't sing the praises of this little gem enough. Clean, tidy and very well looked after, visited once a year for the past 8 years.
