Not the biggest of gyms but more than enough machines in there to train.and the ppl that train there and work there are some of the friendliest ppl ul ever meet.genuine lovely ppl.and there some big lads in there too so shows machines and weights are sufficient enough to gain size.not from Melton and everyone was so welcoming and friendly will always train here when in area
