If you need to use these guys then whatever you do get a service / parts quote in writing otherwise they will sting you. They denied all knowledge of the quote they'd given me over the phone and charged me over 40% more once they'd carried out the work. Certainly wont be purchasing our next car from them. Use Sturgess in Leicester as they're far more reliable and will not rip you off.

What a great dealership ! Service team is the best you could ask for, never any problems with giving the best possible service. If you ever need help Sean, Paul, Gary, James and Liz will go out of their way to make it special.
Another "accessory installation" task for the Service Department, carried out exactly as described, to an exemplary level of finish and at a very reasonable cost. I thoroughly recommend using their services.
I've been trying to follow up outstanding issues after my car went in for a service but with little success. After leaving several messages I finally got a reply from the Service desk who promised me they would chase things up and get back to me, this was over a week ago - I'm still waiting !!
