We bought a 2017 Vauxhall corsa unseen and had it delivered. Trusted the description only for it to arrive having had a very poor front end repair. Silicone holding on parts of the bumper, fixings missing from the top of the bumper, paint flaking and a finish resembling a paint brush job to the wings and bonnet. Shocking.In reply to your response - The vehicle was bought THROUGH Dealer Auction where the car was listed and described by you, we had the car collected from your dealership and paid you directly for the car. Albeit a trade sale, please do not shirk your responsibility purely because we are a trade buyer. What difference does that make? We RELY on an honest appraisal by your dealership of the car. Your appraisal intentionally misled me and cost us considerable time, effort and money. You described the car in its original listing as bright and well presented, with a few chips to the front endYour responses opening remark the vehicle was not fit for retail sale clearly and openly contradicts this appraisal.
