Overpriced and overrated! Ragdale is a nice spa with good customer service however it is definitely not worth the hefty price tag! Its not better or worse than any other good spa thats half the price. There was some confusion on arrival about the price of the room however absolutely nothing was done to try and help with this. The staff are very rigid and there is absolutely no flexibility in an effort to help. Instead the duty manager didnt follow up on our something she had promised and we had to spend more of our time seeking her out. The food is average, definitely not what you would expect for 544 for one night! We didnt even get a hot breakfast, it was just a few bits of melon and some granola delivered to the room. We were expecting something spectacular for the price however left thoroughly disappointed. The rooms are dated and everywhere is packed!

Fabulous day of relaxation and pampering. Helpful and friendly staff made the visit even better than I could have expected. Will definitely be going back again and again. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing treat or top quality spa experience,

Very nice spa, with lots to do. Great infinity pool with amazing countryside views is the highlight. Other small lazy river type outside pool, swimming pool, jacuzzi and exercise pool. Multiple steam rooms with different themes, lights, smells, hot, cold, dry. Plenty of lounge areas. Good choice of food. Friendly staff. Probably the best spa I've been to. My only improvement would be free slippers. We had to buy these strangely. 5 and they broke.

Been going for 30 years. A genuine relaxing, caring spa with gym, exercise classes in water and in gyms. You decide what you want to do and when you want to do it. 5 pools plus an outdoor summer only pool. Excellent food, breakfast in bed if wanted. Brilliant range of beauty treatments and products. Just feel like a new person when I leave. Very friendly, happy, helpful staff who know what they're doing and want you to enjoy yourself. Free parking, full wheelchair access. spotlessly clean. Expensive but worth every penny

Had a fantastic day yesterday at Ragdale Hall Spa. So many lovely things to enjoy or just relax. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful back massage, a facial with lots of advice and also reflexology. Lunch was absolutely delicious Altogether I felt totally relaxed after the day. Can't wait to go again. Well worth it, high recommended. Jenny Ingham
