We had 3 quotes one agent wanted in excess of six times the fee required by Melton Premier and the other required in excess of three times the fee. We were delighted with the description of the property and photos used to advertise the property. Melton Premier conducted all the viewings and gave swift feedback re the viewings. We were so pleased that we decided to use their services. We found that they offered a friendly and efficient service.
Marketed a property with this agent for several months with very little interest, almost no communication and no offers. After a long period I changed to a 'normal' estate agent (NFW) and sold the house in 6 weeks for 10K over the asking price having had several offers. As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. I would strongly advise doing the same.
