Shocking behavior. Was told I would have to return in a day or so because she needed to talk to the doctor. I went to the doctor myself and sorted problem in 2 mins. What makes her behavior worse is that she knew the medication was for a dementia sufferer, in her 80"s living alone.Was given the head office telephone number wrongly..... Twice.
Staff are nice and friendly, willing to help.
