Very slow service on a quiet a day , had to wait for a checkout person as they too busy nattering by then there were 6 people in the queue

Bought something, had to return it - no hassle at all. Very good service, friendly staff.
A staff member called Hayley was more than helpful with me, then I went on to witness her with the next customer who was an old man. She was marvellous with him taking her time to understand what he wanted. I was well impressed. But then she sat him down and proceeded to get his purchase and set it up for him then and there. I said to her you didn't need to do that and she said I know but I like to help people who are struggling. Well done to you Hayley and you Argos for having such lovely helpful staff. Would recommend you 100 percent.
I got a drifting elite controller what I brought back to the store. Unfortunately they did not have any replacement only in Nottingham or I could choose to wait for 2 weeks when they got delivery. Emma, the manager offered me that she gonna pick up the conrtoller for me and I can get it next day at the store. It was such a great experience that someone cares about their customers that much that they willing to do the extra mile for you! I'd like to say thanks again, best customer experience ever! :)
