Awful treatment and too bossy
I have visited Melton Orthodontics a number of times and the attitude and professionalism from a particular member of staff appalling. I had certain questions that I needed answering regarding my son treatment and found the staff member rude, defensive and arrogant.
My daughter had her braces work done here and service was always great - and the experience today when she went back because she had lost her retainer was fabulous - so kind. Would highly recommend
My mother took time off looking after her sick husband to take my daughter to the orthodontist, which cost her an entire afternoon. She had to drive for 30 minutes to pick my daughter up from school then 45 minutes to get to Melton Mowbray. A road was closed so she was forced to divert and therefore 10 minutes for the appointment and you refused to see my daughter. This is appallling. I don't think you have any idea just how much hassle it is to arrange to attend an appointment during school and work hours, and particularly when customers are driving a long way to get to you, you should be understanding for delays that are not their fault.
My daughter had her braces fitted in April 2011 and had regular check ups every 6-8 weeks at a time convenient to me (during the day of course). Advice and support was given when needed. In March 2013 the braces came off and wow what a fabulous set of teeth she has! I have never had any problems with the staff or getting appointments and everyone has been excellent. Thank you.
