Ive recently had a warranty claim with my old Bianchi which was handled by Jack. From start to finish he kept me in the loop and worked extremely hard to secure a great outcome for me. I cant fault the service from Windmill Wheels, professional, friendly, straightforward, great advice and prices. The guys there love bikes and are more than happy to just talk all things bike. On tour and my bike's bottom bracket was grinding. I passed Windmill wheels, and popped in on the off chance they could fix it. Jack and his colleague were both very helpful, the bottom bracket was exchanged very quickly. Jack noticed my chain was showing that I hadn't cleaned or lubricated it in 3 full days of cycling, and did this too at no cost, as well as getting the tyres back to their correct pressure. I'm now nearly at my destination after a day of much smoother riding. So very many thanks for your kindness.
Just completed my first bike ride post bike fit - wow what a difference. Andrew was brilliant at explaining the theory behind the changes he made and explaining how to change my riding style a little to get more out of the bike and reduce risk of injury. The little sticker he put on the handle bars was a great reminder to check I hadn't slipped back into bad habits but actually the changes he had made meant I naturally rode in a better position.
