The Pie Making evening was great fun, Claire expertly demonstrated how to make hot water pastry and then we made our own pies. You CAN have your pie and eat it!
Fantastic pork pie making lesson which my daughter purchased for me as a gift. Very enjoyable!
Interesting visit-although could have done with something to sit on during film presentation and a cup of tea or something. It was a long night of standing. Also the entrance from the road needs proper signage and some lighting-everyone got lost and wasn't sure we had the right place.
Brilliant pie tour and class our guide was lovely very helpful and knowledgeable. Pie cooking at home is fine but 2 pies purchased at time we discovered had started to mould but that was only disappointment. Would go again fun night with a difference.
